Our House

We have LOVED living in this house. I have spent so much time here, being a stay-at-home mom. So many good memories! It is a great house. Structurally sound, comfortable, good amount of space, good layout. I would take it with me if I could.  It has been a great home to raise our kids in. It has a nice spacious yard for playing and relaxing. Great hammock trees. The sprinkler system is nice because I can't grow a thing! It is in a good community with great neighbors!

Appliances included. The tiled counter is great for hot pans! Fridge has water and ice. Wonderful light!

BONUS ROOM

We use this room as a work-out room and toy/play room. It could be used for MANY purposes. It would be a great craft room, or theater room! It is a good size (the same size as the living room upstairs). There is also a little play area/storage area under the stairs. My kids love to play house there. They love the "windows".

Has a cute folding table with some upper storage as well

Ok, so don't judge me too much, it is after all a storage room. I LOVE IT! It is not the prettiest room in the house, but it is functional!

Master Bedroom

Probably my favorite room. It is large and comfortable. Satellite is run to this room, has new carpet and a walk in closet. There is also an electric fire place that is beautiful and adds wonderful ambiance to the room.

All rooms have electric heat and closets.

Family Room

Here is the family room. There is plenty of room to have company or friends over. the kids love playing down there. It is heated with a pellet stove that can really crank out some heat if you want it to. There is a ceiling fan and area for a snack bar.

MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM
This is the upstairs bathroom. It has a full tub and shower. There is also a large storage closet behind the door. The vanity is long and has plenty of room. We have upgraded the tile and the sink and fixtures.

BASEMENT BATHROOM

This is the downstairs bathroom. It has a hammered glass shower and tile floors.

 

Living Room

This is the first room you see when you walk in the front door. It has new carpet and electric heat. I love the natural light that comes in this room.
